@dongjoon-hyun @HyukjinKwon @cxzl25 After several rounds of local tests, I found that Java 11 test still flakiness with `-XX:NewRatio=4`.
`[SPARK-39387](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-39387): BytesColumnVector should not throw RuntimeException due to overflow` may really need more memory to run stably when use Java 11.
I agree to just `ignore` this case
