Updated web site with documentation

Hi all.

I have updated my web site to contain some of the documentation about
Axis:

  http://www.gadreau.net/soap/axis/

You will find there:
	- Information about the F2F (I will add more info soon like attendies
list, directions, ...)
	- Documentation (requirement doc from Jacek, WSDD doc from Steve). I
will need to add Glen's architecture proposal but I don't have it handy
tonight.
	- Prototypes (Yuhichi's codebase proposal). I will add my prototype as
soon as I find the time to package it.

If you want to add more information to the site, drop me an email at

the list.

Glen, could you send me your prototype so I can include it as well ?

I have also updated the IRCLogs at:
