It is rather unlikely, this would be the reason.

That bug is just an inconsistency between reporting (non-spam) and
rounding (5.0/5.0) when using spamd for scores 4.95 <= score < 5.0.
Oh, and it has not been introduced in 3.3, but similarly affects 3.2.
