Description:
Fix in Admin Dashboard --> Experiment Statistics --> Detail Experiment Information;
1. Remove 'Jobs:' indication in tasks except for Job Submission task
2. Display the Job ID in Job Submission task
3. Display errors at task levels
4. Order the tasks in correct order. Currently the Env set up is at the bottom.
