Menagerie: Java Concurrency primitives with ZooKeeper

Hello, all

I've recently opened up a project that we've been working on for a
while now: Menagerie, an implementation of the java.util.concurrency
libraries based on ZooKeeper. I'd really appreciate hearing any
comments that you might have regarding it's
correctness/effectiveness/niftyness. You can find it at:

Thanks for your help,

I think that Menagerie and KeptCollections are rather complimentary; the
only little overlap is in locks. Other than that, KeptCollections is focused
on java collections implementation whereas Menagerie is an implementation of
concurrency primitives.

Competition makes everything better :)

The difference between menagerie and KeptCollections is that Kept is more
about collections, while menagerie is more about synchronization-locks,
barriers, leader election, etc. I see them as complimentary, rather than
competing.

So.. Anybody else want to do a compare/contrast with KeptCollections? I
guess competition is good, just making sure you guys aren't spread too
thin. :)
