table split in half at page-end;header only on first page

Hello,

I'm pretty new to the FOP, so maybe I'll ask some stupid questions. Anyway,
I hope somebody can answer them:

- How do I make sure that some of my data (eg. a table) won't be split in
half at the end of a page?
- I want to add some text only on the first page. I have a table header
that has to come back on every page. I managed to do that by using the
static-content xsl-before. Now I want to have a text only on the first page
on top before the table header. I think it should be able to do with the
xsl-start, but it isn't supported yet.

I hope someone can help me,

Cheers,
Robbie
