   My only concern is that the Release process documentation doesn't cover the release of a maintenance release. When we publish documentation for 2.6.4, we don't want it to become the default version that shows up on the website. The default version should remain as 2.7.2 .

   Hi @Anonymitaet . I have added the release notes in #10783 . I assume we can skip writing the blog post for this release since the blog post is optional and this is a maintenance release.

   It has been a bit hard to follow the instructions in https://github.com/apache/pulsar/wiki/Release-process#update-the-site-for-minor-releases . A manual process is very error prone. It would be good to have a script to run instead of giving a lot of options about how to do it. I must have missed some steps and made a mistake.

   no, actually it seems that impact of that issue is smaller, I added a comment here: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues/10802#issuecomment-853739269 . However I already fixed it in a PR #10807.

   The reason why 2.6.4 isn't shown is that the broker cache is quite long. After doing a SHIFT+refresh, I can see 2.6.4

   @lhotari thanks for your work.

   I think the 2.6.4 doc set needs to be generated currently because some people might have doc requirements for 2.6.4. And the 2.6.4 doc can be not shown on the Pulsar website by modifying `release.json` and `versions.json` after 2.6.4 is released as below.

   You can take https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/10256 and https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/10666 as references.

   @Jennifer88huang pls correct me if I'm wrong, thanks.
