CMS build system core logic
This is mainly for Dave's benefit, but I've realized it'd
be helpful to provide some examples of how to exploit the
CMS's core build logic so I added a pair of them here:

No nothing about lang string validation,
but I wrote example 2 with ooo-site in mind ;-).

Example 2 is very cool.
Add a lang_wrapper and we are ready to support both the legacy /lang/ pattern and a translation generated mirror of different directories along the lines we discussed.
Let me see what I can do over the weekend. Do you know of any perl routines to validate a lang string?
