> During development of the IO modules, I created a public {{Planes.convexPolygonToTriangleFan}} utility method. However, this method makes assumptions about the input that are better suited for an internal method and not part of the public API. Therefore, I'd like to move this method into the {{internal}} package. Since there isn't a class in there already that it would fit in, I suggest creating a {{EuclideanUtils}} utility class for it.
