How to build the WAR Bundle with overlays having another web.xml

Hi,

I have a requirement, with the following scenario:

1. Create the WAR bundle of the Web application with web.xml
2. This web application is having the overlays, and this overlays is itself
another web application with another web.xml. 

Questions: How to create the WAR bundle, so that on installing it to Felix,
the Web application context should gets created with both the web.xml files.


Any hint will be highly appreciated.
