Perl based file upload CGI on Apache server

	I apologize immediately if this is not the proper forum for this
question, however I have a Perl CGI I am running on a Apache based
server, and the script is known to work properly however when I look at
the file it has a size of ZERO...meaning the file name appears in the
directory it was suppose to be uploaded to.

	If you can give me a hint on what went wrong I would greatly appreciate
it.  Thank you.
