Issues publishing an external taxonomy

Hi,

Did not find the cannonical tModel - "uddi-org:taxonomy_V2" (tModel key
uuid:1E3E9CBC-F8CE-41AB-8F99-88326BAD324A) for publishing external
taxonomies within jUDDI.  Tried to reference this tModel Key in the
bindingTemplates' tModelInstanceInfo and it errored reporting the tModel Key
was not found.

All other settings/external webservice implementing validate_values() op
have been created according to the guidelines at

I can upload the bindingTemplate custom taxonomy created that references the
external service bindingTemplate and related xml files if needed.

Thanks for the info Sharmin.  It'd help us best if you can log a JIRA issue
on this over at http://issues.apache.org/jira.  That way, we can get to it
in our normal development process.
