J2 now compatible with current Pluto code base

All,

I spent last night altering J2 to be compatible with the current Pluto codebase (the one in the CVS).  All unit tests passed for me, however, I have not yet had a chance to deploy and run it.  Please let me know if you have any issues building J2 with Pluto.
