I would like to remind the committers to the turbine codebases that you
are expected to submit the CLA upon becoming a committer.  Here is an
online copy:

As it requires a fax or that you address an envelope, it is easy to let
it slip.  It does put turbine in a negative light with respect to
Jakarta and the ASF, if we have committers who do not expend the
effort.  It could also potentially affect graduation from committer to
member.
