## Overview
- moved `CouchTestCase` module declaration in its own file;
- moved functions declarations from `using` of `CouchTestCase` to `Couch.DBTest` module (see [Kernel.use/2](https://hexdocs.pm/elixir/Kernel.html#use/2-best-practices) doc for explanation why it is important);
## Testing recommendations
`make elixir`
Since we don't run this in the CI test suite yet, here is my output:
