FAQ.html - wrong line endings(?)

I would propose a new entry to the faq about disabling unneeded services. I
tried to make a patch, but it seems the FAQ.html file has mixed line endings
(0D 0D 0A) which makes me uncertain . Is it only at me or really messed up?

Config: Tortoise CVS on Windows, I never used cvs.

Ps. the faq is really ugly now anyway, it does not wrap lines at all.
