MalformedURLException instead of FileNotFoundException since 2.0.2

HI!

If I try to parse (with DocumentBuilder) a non-existent XML document from hard disk (Windows 2000, filename="C:\something.xml"), I do not get a FileNotFoundException but a MalformedURLException ("unknown protocol: c") since 2.0.2. This was OK in 2.0.1.
