ssl handshake error accessing git

H,

since this morning I've been getting ssl handshake error responses from git cli.

fatal: unable to access
'https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cloudstack.git/': Server
aborted the SSL handshake

The git-wip-us.a.o-site is reachable fine. my origin is 80.101.68.136
(I should be still using ipv4)

any change related or hint how this may have suddenly started?

this morning after no fix of my hand it works again.

I have been getting these errors again. client is a macosx 10 machine.
I solved it last time by reinstalling homebrew and the git distro it
supplies. This was coincidental as it doesn't help me much this time
around. Any clues?
