When i Upload File it gets to long to upload even if the file is very
small i gets stuck for a while in 50%
When i upload file even if it is small file it takes to long to upload to Room it gets stuck in 50% than after long time it gets uploaded, i changed settings in /tmp/studenti.class-ks.com.jks /opt/open504/conf but the problem still remains.

This actually means the file is being converted
If conversion took couple of minutes - your HW most probably is not
powerful enough ....

Yes i know, but it's not HW problem i have powerful HW, for exmaple 100kb file if i upload it takes same amount of time to load as 10mb file and always stops for couple minuts at 50%. i installed to different servers and same result. In all occasions i have used Installation OpenMeetings 5.0.0-M4 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.pdf<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/27838216/Installation%20OpenMeetings%205.0.0-M4%20on%20Ubuntu%2018.04%20LTS.pdf?version=5&modificationDate=1588003937000&api=v2> tutorial

*.jks should be certificate storage
How can this increase system productivity??
