The flink-sql-connector-hive JAR currently packages the following dependencies
without relocation:

- org.apache.commons.lang.*
- org.apache.commons.lang3.*

These classes come from the hive-exec fat JAR. Because they retain their
original package names, they can conflict with commons-lang and commons-lang3
classes provided by Flink, other connectors, or user applications.

We should relocate both packages in the Hive SQL connector shaded JAR:

- org.apache.commons.lang
- org.apache.commons.lang3
