[jira] [Created] (CLOUDSTACK-2700) on network/vpc delete, portable IP should be still associated with account

Murali Reddy created CLOUDSTACK-2700:
----------------------------------------

Summary: on network/vpc delete, portable IP should be still associated with account
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-2700
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-2700
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
          Components: Network Controller
    Affects Versions: 4.2.0
            Reporter: Murali Reddy
            Assignee: Murali Reddy
            Priority: Critical
             Fix For: 4.2.0

Unlike public ip which gets dis-associated (released) with the account on network/VPC delete, portable IP should continue to be associated with the account even when the network/VPC with which it is currently associated in deleted.
