Font Colors do NOT Work !

1) Please tell me How to FIX the problem of the Font Colors NOTworking at all ?  Only the Back ground Colors work !

2 ) Also, is there Any way to Remove the Borders from the Top and Bottom of the Page in order to Print the most Copy ?I Don't want to have All that white space left. I want to print the Maximum amount that the Printer will accept to the Top and Bottom of the Page. Is that possible with your system ?

It would be nice if you first tell us what program you use on which 
operating system.
Secondly you should tell what you have tried to set the colors and 
explain what you mean with Black ground Colors.

I hope you know at least how to set the margins of your page.

It's not our system, in fact the system is yours. But yes it is possible 
to set margins for your page, have a look at Format -> Page
