Corrupt 1.1 Xalan image

Hello,

This may be a bit preconcieved because I haven't seen the announcement yet but....

I noticed the Xalan 1.1 post linked to from the Xalan homepage and available for 
download via the "dist" directory structure. However both the .zip and .tar.gz 
images seem to be corrupt upon download.

Just an FYI....
