Netscape 4x redirector?

I tried redirecting Netscape 4.1 to use Tomcat 3.1.
(using nsapi_redirect.dll and the tomcat-netscape-how-to instructions)
It didn't work.

Did I do something wrong or....
my suspicion is that Tomcat isn't ready for NES 4.x
Anyone know the answer?
Are any DEVELOPERS working on nsapi_redirect.dll for NES 4.x?

By the way, the JSP container in Netscape is unbelievable.  It just doesn't work.  There is no way that anyone at NS tested that thing before it went out.  It's worse than bad, it's horrible; it's worse than horrible, it's.... sorry, but it would be nice if we could just plug in Tomcat with NES and get back to work.

Anyone using Tomcat with NS 3.5 or 3.6?
My suspicion is that nsapi_redirect.dll works O.K. with 3x.
I really need to get back to developing web apps.
I've spent way to much time trying to get a solid JSP container working.

Any advice?
