redirects

Hello!
 
I have a custom generator which pulls contents from remote hosts based on requests and then transforms, serializes to html. This generator, at times based on the content pulled, has to redirect the requests to another url. However I realize Request can be redirected from only action or sitemap. Can someone tell if this is possible with cocoon 2 and how it can be done?
