Hi Derek,

While Storm undergoes incubation, the mailing list address will remain
user@storm.incubator.apache.org. I do not think the TLP list exists yet (
user@storm.apache.org). To subscribe to the correct mailing list, please
send a mail to its subscription address
user-subscribe@storm.incubator.apache.org.
