spamassassin --lint -D

Look for the following debug lines:

         debug: is Net::DNS::Resolver available? yes
         debug: trying (3) yahoo.com...
         debug: looking up MX for 'yahoo.com'
         debug: MX for 'yahoo.com' exists? 1
         debug: MX lookup of yahoo.com succeeded => Dns available (set
dns_available to hardcode)
         debug: is DNS available? 1

If the resolver is not available, install the Net::DNS perl package and it
should start working.
