[PR] hw/drivers/lwip: Set NETIF_FLAG_ETHERNET in Ethernet drivers [mynewt-core]

stm32_eth and pic32_eth set only NETIF_FLAG_ETHARP. lwIP expects Ethernet interfaces to have NETIF_FLAG_ETHERNET as well, bridgeif refuses ports without it and code that looks for Ethernet interfaces by this flag skipped them. net_lwip (USB) already sets both.
