[I] [Studio][Bug] Clear stale client connections when the selected instance load fails [rocketmq-dashboard]

Aias00 opened a new issue, #1478:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/1478

   ## Problem

`ClientsPage` fetches connections using the selected `instanceId`, but on a failed request it only sets `loadError`. The connection table, selected connection detail, and cluster filter retain values from the previously selected instance.

This presents data from instance A while the selector shows instance B, which violates the Track 1 multi-instance control-plane boundary.

   ## Scope

   - Clear connection rows, selected detail, and instance-derived filters before/when an instance-scoped load cannot complete.
   - Show the existing actionable load error without presenting stale runtime data.
   - Add a page regression test that switches instances and rejects the second request.

   ## Track

   Track 1 / ARCH-01 multi-instance runtime diagnostics.

   **Issue Evaluation**

   Category: `bug` | Status: **Confirmed**

The reported stale-state issue is valid. When the connection fetch fails, the UI retains data from the previously selected instance, which is misleading. The fix should clear `connections`, `selectedConnection`, and the cluster filter in the error handler of the fetch call.

**Root Cause:** Error handler in `ClientsPage` only sets `loadError` without resetting dependent state.
**Impact:** Users see stale connection data from a different instance after a failed load.
   **Severity:** medium
