Steps to regenerate:
 # Open URL [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/main]
 # Click on any order in Approved status

Actual:
 # In Contact Information section, admin (username) is a button
 # "Send confirmation email" button in brackets

Expected: 
 # Username should not be a button
 # The button should not be in brackets.
