"It would be convenient to be able to tailor this error
message (e.g., "Error creating the <pipeline_name> resource") for a given
pipeline without manipulating the resulting Notification object directly."
This can be done in the handle-errors pipeline, which is a pipeline as the
others.
I'm marking this bug as invalid because I reckon that Cocoon has the
capabilities auspicated in the report.
Please feel free to reopen this bug to submit concrete examples of confusing
error messages.
