GreenTea

Hi,

looking at the code and examples it looks like Hadoop is created to
process large datasets. Coming from Nutch, this is not very surprising
of course. Is there any work planned to add some more generic HPC
functionality to Hadoop?

An older program, GreenTea, looked very promising at the time, and a
mix of Hadoop and GreenTea would splendid. GreenTea works without any
configuration, and all nodes can submit jobs to the system.
