[C2] DOMBuilder DTD bug

Hi,

I am having a problem with DOMBuilder when using DTDs - i.e. it crashes.
I'm not particually up on the details of SAX (any good pointers?) and know
how to output a document, but I don't know (now) how to fix this.

For an example, simply pass any XML file with a DTD attached through a DOM
component (e.g. a SVG into SVGSerializer)
