Log:
Fix typo in Logger javadoc (reported by "Nico R." on log4j-dev list) and fix broken links (and anchors) in manual (https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=50287).  Still one broken link left pointing to "apidocs/org/apache/log4j/performance/Logging.html", but I don't think that resource exists anymore.  Leaving for posterity.
