Foreign Keys in Torque

In the database.dtd I've found that onDelete and onUpdate can have the
values (cascade|setnull|restrict|none)

<!ATTLIST foreign-key
  foreignTable CDATA #REQUIRED
  name CDATA #IMPLIED
  onUpdate (cascade|setnull|restrict|none) "none"
  onDelete (cascade|setnull|restrict|none) "none"

Can somebody explain which the difference between them is please?
