Awesome work Tibor!

I am particularly interested in the use case for DynamicTest and DynamicContainer, so I intend to test the new version and see how that works. I guess Stig will do / has done the same for ParameterizedTest. 

If I find it is not matching my expectations/hopes, next thing would be to create a pull request with an integration test which shows how I would like it to work, as you suggested.
