Problems with JAVA_HOME

Hello:

I am trying to run FOP on an AIX server. I am getting the following error:

[crestar:926]=> ./fop.sh -fo table.fo -pdf myTest.pdf
Error: JAVA_HOME is not defined correctly.
  We cannot execute java
[crestar:926]=> echo $JAVA_HOME
/usr/bin:/usr/java_dev2/jre/sh:/usr/java_dev2/sh

Can anyone please offer any suggestions?

Cheryl,

JAVA_HOME is not a path, but the specific location of the JDK. Try

JAVA_HOME=/usr/java_dev2; export JAVA_HOME
