Rebased & pushed some fixes for npx discovery. Also reduced the amount of NodeJS we delete in the disk reclaim script.

Not sure what's going on with Windows. It works ok on my on Windows machines. I don't want to waste a bunch of time debugging on GitHub CI, so opened https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/8007 to follow up later.
