[jira] [Created] (TAJO-1078) Update contributor list

Hyunsik Choi created TAJO-1078:
----------------------------------

             Summary: Update contributor list
                 Key: TAJO-1078
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAJO-1078
             Project: Tajo
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: site
            Reporter: Hyunsik Choi
            Assignee: Hyunsik Choi
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 0.9.0

We need to update contributor list and committer list.

I'm expecting followings should be updated.
- Jihun Kang should be added the contributor list
- Hyunsik Choi's timezone should be changed to UTC -7.

If there are missed ones, feel free to suggest them.
