If anyone else is running into issues upgrading, for example running into
SSL issues, I feel your pain.  After a few minutes downloading, the process
would continually error out as follows.

An error occurred while downloading the remote file. The error
> message, if any, is reproduced below. Please fix this error and try
> again.
> SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 60


There are a few ways you can avoid using HTTPS to work around this issue.
Here is one.

vagrant box remove metron/hdp-base
> vagrant box add metron/hdp-base
> http://atlas.hashicorp.com/metron/boxes/hdp-base/versions/0.0.3/providers/virtualbox.box
