[jira] Created: (QPID-1584) [Java] Provide VirtualHost level ACL permission

[Java] Provide VirtualHost level ACL permission
-----------------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-1584
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1584
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Java Broker
            Reporter: Marnie McCormack
            Assignee: Martin Ritchie
             Fix For: M5

Prior to introduction of ACLs in current format, it was possible to define permissions for an entire virtual host on a user basis. This is a useful feature, which was lost with new ACLs. There should be a way to provide permissions across all artifacts in a vh for a given user.
