I think this is a bug in Microsoft's MSSoapT message trace utility (if you're
not using that, then I guess it isn't :-))
- If you install version 2.0 instead of 3.0 of the SOAP Toolkit, you won't have
the problem. 
I think the cause is that newer versions of Axis close the HTTP connection,
instead of sending a content-length header.
