website for Jk2 and virtual hosts

Is there any websites, besides the Tomcat site, for a how to on building and
using the JK2 connector?
Is there any websites, besides the Tomcat site, for a how to on building and
using the JK2 connector WITH virtual hosts?
Anyone care to share any example configuration test files, such as workers.
properties, etc?
