[codec][lang] Obfuscation and deobfuscation

Hi All:

I have a need for obfuscation and deobfuscation of Strings.

[codec] seems like a fit.

I am thinking of something like simpler part of
org.eclipse.jetty.util.security.Password's OBF scheme.
