[FYI] Fixed XLink namespace in XLink processor

Hi Lenya users,

up to now, the XLink processor that ships with Lenya
matched attributes with the QName xlink:href instead of
considering the namespace URI. Today I fixed this.

If you experience any XLink problems in your publication,
this can be related to wrong XLink namespace declarations.
The correct XLink namespace URI is:

     http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink

If you experience XLink problems in the Lenya core, please
submit a bug:
