Tomcat - cookies

Can anyone tell me if and how (prefereably in a Tomcat configuration file)
I configure Tomcat not to use cookies ?

In JServ it is done as follows: 

zone.properties:#session.useCookies=false

I have not found a way to configure this in Tomcat 3.1.
