Obvious bug about output encoding in tapestry 4 beta3

Hi,
In my project,I store all i18n reource stings in utf-8 encoding in 
hashmap,normally it work well.However,after invoking "cycle.active(....)",the 
i18n string in actived page comes into "??????".
Is there a way fix the problem?
