Asking tomcat "Whats the current Config"

This is probably simple, something I've missed in the documents.
I want to ask a running tomcat what it's configuration is ?  I.E
I'd like to access a webpage such as 

http://myhost.com:8080/Config.html

and get a response that shows which AJP is loaded etc

Any ideas ?
