[mina] How to set up project in JIRA?
Hi.
As users of MINA increases, I feel like the need for an issue tracker.
How can I set up JIRA project at issues.apache.org? Should I contact
the infra team by myself, or is there anyone who has the permission to
create it?

Category? Do you mean by 'Components'? I cannot see any 'add
category' link but 'add component'. Fortunately, I can manage
components. :)
