Problem with changes links again
Hi,
There seems to be another problem in how we link our changes. For example:
http://perl.apache.org/docs/tutorials/index.html
It links to docs/Changes.html which clearly isn't correct. Same for the
Offsite resources.
I believe the assumption about doc.dir.rel_doc_root is wrong in: <a
href="[% doc.dir.rel_doc_root %]/[% changes_nav.meta.link %]">. Don't know
if it's a template problem or a code problem...

Thanks for the spot, I've fixed it. The attribute names refactoring
should help this kind of bugs in the future.
